Clyde & Co is seeking a dynamic Case
Clerk to support our Chicago office.
Responsibilities
Specific responsibilities include, but are
not limited to:
Assist in document review and organization
via various e-discovery platforms - Nextpoint, Relativity, etc.
Prepare binders for trial, mediation, and motions
Case maintenance: organization of files such
as correspondence, pleadings, discovery, and closing/archiving
Review and obtain court dockets in Westlaw,
PACER and state court sites
Assist with scanning projects
Provide support with other administrative
projects on an as needed basis
Required Qualifications
Previous administrative and/or litigation
experience is preferred
Familiarity with document management systems (iManage)
Bachelor's degree
Strong written and communication skills
Well-developed organization and time
management skills
Customer service oriented mindset
Creative problem solver who takes initiative
to accomplish tasks with a minimal level of supervision
Ability to learn quickly and perform in a
fast-paced environment
Willing and able to learn new software
This position has an in-office presence of
4+ days a week in the office, depending on office needs.
