The Role
As a Data Analyst (Power BI) you will play a pivotal role in the Data
Science & Analytics team, focusing on building enterprise-level
reports and dashboards using Microsoft PowerBI. You will not only
develop reports but also drive the adoption of analytics and reporting
best practices and standards across the Firm. A key aspect of your
role will be collaborating closely with others in the team to
integrate advanced analytics into reporting solutions, ensuring a
cohesive and comprehensive data analytics strategy.

Passionate about reporting in enterprises and experienced in
developing reporting standards.
Excellent communication skills, adept at working collaboratively
with data scientists and other stakeholders.
Proficient in SQL, Microsoft PowerBI, and other relevant data tools.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Duties and Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using
Microsoft PowerBI.
Establish and champion reporting best practices and standards
within the company.
Collaborate closely with data scientists to incorporate advanced
analytics into reporting, creating a seamless integration of data insights.
Engage with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver
tailored, data-driven solutions.
Lead initiatives to enhance reporting capabilities and improve
data literacy across departments.
Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and relevance of all reporting outputs.
Skills/Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science,
Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in a reporting, business intelligence, or
similar analytical role.
Demonstrated experience with Microsoft PowerBI and strong SQL skills.
Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, and dimensional modelling.
Knowledge in manipulation and exploration of data in Python to
perform advanced data analytics
Certifications in PowerBI, SQL, or related technologies.
Understanding of data governance and privacy standards.
Project management skills or experience in leading
cross-functional projects.
Experience in working with Finance and Business Development data
and processes would be desirable
