Demand on our services has created an opportunity for an IT Business
Analyst to join the Information Technology team in Sydney or
Melbourne. This is a unique opportunity join a team that presents

Norton Rose Fulbright is seeking candidates who have a passion for
driving business transformation through the implementation of IT
systems and improvements to processes. To succeed in this role, you
will have strong all-round BA skills (minimum 2-3 years' experience in
a corporate IT team), exposure to systems testing, and be able to
build a great rapport with business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse
business requirements
Develop top level process flows and facilitate solution design for
business systems
Develop test plans and test cases, execute tests and log issues
Ensure adherence to the National IT standards
Where required, model business processes and facilitate their
re-design by users
Lead and undertake the formal requirements analysis of new systems
and enhancements to existing systems
Requirements
Experience working in a comparable business analyst role
Experience with business process design and notation tools such as
BPMN or UML
Good working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications,
including Excel and Visio
Experience of working in a large IT department, ideally within
professional services or a law firm environment
Experience with IT systems testing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
