Our clients include domestic and international companies of all sizes, and we are able to skilfully advise on tax matters across multiple key industries and jurisdictions. Our global platform gives us significant international reach to provide comprehensive tax legal services for all corporate, finance and real estate transactions.

We are currently looking for a Senior Associate to join our Tax team, based in Sydney. As an integral member of the team you will work closely with Greg Reinhardt (Head of the Australian Tax team) working with public and private companies, investment funds, foreign corporations and banks in respect of the tax implications of mergers and acquisitions, disposals, corporate restructures, property and infrastructure projects, financing and leasing arrangements, international taxation, managed investment schemes and other collective investment vehicles, as well as the establishment of new businesses in Australia.

About You

  • 5+ years PQE experience gained within a reputable practice with significant exposure to complex tax matters
  • A strong desire to work on high profile complex matters
  • Exceptional client liaison skills
  • Outstanding analytical, technical and drafting skills
