businesses with a presence in the Lloyd's of London market.

Clients include leading insurers, reinsurers, MGAs, brokers, capital
providers, private equity funds, management teams, insurtechs and
trade bodies.
The role
We are looking for a talented transactions focussed Senior Associate
with 5+ years of PQE experience in the (re)insurance sector. Your
experience to date will include some or all of the following:
M&A
Private equity investments
Lloyd's syndicate financings and managing agency arrangements
Renewal rights deals
Part VII transfers
Reinsurance transactions, including ADC, LPTs and RITCs
The role is based in our London office. We are looking for a team
member keen to work on mandates involving the highest profile clients,
investors and advisers, but who wish to handle market-notable work in

Knowledge, skills and experience
5+ years of PQE, you will be a specialist in (transactional)
corporate insurance with a strong grounding in this area.
Able to deliver sound legal and commercial solutions and work
collaboratively with partners and clients to achieve objectives and
provide an outstanding client experience.
Ability to manage and complete a deal effectively from start to finish.
Committed to business development to further grow the practice,
you will be able to spot and drive commercial opportunities forward.
Ability to establish strong client relationships based on mutual
trust and understanding.
Work efficiently and commercially to maximise profitability.
Committed to creating a supportive, inclusive, and collaborative
