Role Overview
Reporting to the Head of Marketing Services and working closely with
the CRM Manager, this role is responsible for the management and
administration of the Vuture e-marketing platform; the creation and
management of email campaigns from copy provided by members of the
firm; and the creation and distribution of campaign reports, from the
Vuture platform.
In the past 12 months, RPC has distributed around 420,000 emails over
approximately 2000 campaigns. The CRM system is InterAction from Lexis Nexis.
Key responsibilities:
The Vuture specialist will be responsible for:
all administrative tasks relating to Vuture
the design and creation of email campaigns including newsletters
and events, in Vuture
communication of data privacy considerations to members of the firm
the maintenance and execution of searches and reports using
InterAction, MS Excel and Vuture
compiling mailing lists and maintaining data entry standards
trouble shooting data issues
day to day operational support for the BD team, fee-earners and
secretaries relating to campaigns
active promotion of the system and its capabilities across the firm
Position requirements
This person will have demonstrable experience and a good
understanding of InterAction and the Vuture e-marketing platform.
They will have excellent attention to detail and whilst they will not
be expected to create copy, a good understanding of English grammar is essential.
Many of our campaigns are created from templates but there will be a
requirement for this person to create new layouts and new designs.
This role involves working closely with Partners, fee earners and
other members of the firm and so an approachable manner and good
communication skills are essential.

This role is offered on a 6-month FTC basis and is a full-time position
