Roleoverview
A full-time position as an integral part of Client Services team. The
purpose of the role is to provide administrative support across
primarily the Client Services project workstreams (including Client
Listening and Client Experience), and may also be called upon to
provide support to wider Client Services workstreams.
Key responsibilities
A typical, but non-exhaustive, list of responsibilities includes:
Assisting with the Client Listening initiative and associated workstreams
Assisting with the Client Experience initiative and associated workstreams
Meeting support, briefing packs, agendas
and meeting notes
Updating intranet pages and uploading blog posts
Providing project admin support
Keeping internal records up to date
Diary and meeting management, including team meeting administration
This role may be called upon to:
Assist with the production of client reports
Researching information for ad hoc client requests
Assist with the completion of client due diligence requests
Assist with the secondment operational process
Providing support in the practical coordination of client audits
Position requirements
Effective time management, proven ability to meet competing
demands and deadlines
Organised, with excellent record-keeping and administrative skills
Reliable and flexible 'can do' attitude

Effective communication skills (both oral and written)

Experience of working in a professional services environment
Competent MS Office suite, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
Standard hours
Monday - Friday, 09:30 - 17:30 with flexibility to
start early or finish late if required
