Where we work

Our success is built on the level of service we give to clients - delivering what they want, on time and in an easily accessible manner

We are recruiting for a Sector Support Co-ordinator to assist in deploying the strategy for the Retail and Tech pillars of our business. These are key areas of strategic focus for the firm with key deliverables over the next 3 years. The role will focus predominantly on operations - getting things done in collaboration with a wide range of key stakeholders within the business. These stakeholders will include the Head of Commercial Practice Management, the Senior Strategy Implementation Manager, Retail and Tech Leads, "Stream" leads for the strategic lenses for retail (Digital, Stores of the Future as well as Food & Drink ) and tech (seven focus areas), and supporting "Team" leads (from pitch support to learning & development, from internal comms to external marketing, etc).

We are looking for an individual to join us on this exciting journey to help take this strategy forward. The retail market is transforming significantly as technology, economic and political pressures increase. The technology market is broad, ever changing and the future. Changes in both markets is bringing both challenge and opportunity. We have market-leading retail and technology capability across the firm and have set a bold vision and strategy for both, with retail delivery within two years.

These strategies will be successful. But to nail them within our ambitious timescales requires the co-operation of every key stakeholder, collaborating wherever possible while relentlessly focused on delivering on the objectives within their own control. This role is crucial for making that happen - maintaining the rigour and glue of the structures and processes, while oiling the wheels to keep it running smoothly.

The role will report to the Head of Commercial Practice Management.
