The role
We're seeking to recruit an ambitious and experienced Conveyancing
Fee Earner with an interest or expertise in Rural/Agricultural
Property to join our busy Property team. Based in our Exeter office,
you will report directly to the Partner and handle a wide range of
agricultural property matters. With a focus on business development,
you will take a lead role in developing business networks and creating
opportunities across the sector in the region, generating new business
opportunities for Ashfords, whilst providing excellent services to our
existing agricultural property clients. As such, you'll readily be
able to demonstrate your credibility and reputation. We're committed

About You
A 'self-starter' who thrives in this sector, you are self-motivated
and ambitious, with a focus on client care. Our relationship with our
clients is paramount. You'll have enthusiasm and flair for client
contact, networking and business development, being a strong and
confident communicator who enjoys generating and developing new
business connections. You will already have demonstrated your ability
to build strong and lasting relationships with clients, and show a
genuine commitment to their care. This is an excellent career
