Qualified Solicitor to join our team based in Exeter.
We offer a full range of legal services across all asset classes for
a wide range of clients, both in the private and public sectors, in
the UK and internationally and are seeking a Newly Qualified Solicitor
to help grow and develop our offering. The successful candidate will
have completed a training contract at a leading city or national
practice and have experience of working with a diverse range of clients.
The Real Estate team are an extremely busy and rapidly growing team.
Acting for a number of high profile residential and commercial
developers as well as investment companies, global brands in the
leisure and retail sectors, port operators across the UK and Local
Authorities this is a great opportunity to join the Firm.
About you
An excellent communicator with proven technical and organisational
skills, you will be accustomed to working under pressure to meet
challenging deadlines. We are looking for good general real estate
knowledge and ideally some sector specific experience. You will have
an eye for detail and be meticulous in your work. Being self-motivated
and ambitious, you will possess the drive to help continue to grow and
develop our business.

ability to build strong and lasting relationships with clients and
show a genuine commitment to their business needs. Dedicated and
enthusiastic, you will have the ability to work efficiently with a
