Role overview:

Our internship programme is aimed at students pursuing a Master's degree or holding an LL.M who would like to gain first-hand experience with a leading law firm.

We are offering paid internships of 3 to 6 months throughout the year in all our practice areas:

  • Global Loans
  • Corporate
  • Investment Funds
  • Tax

During your internship, your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting legal research;
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents;
  • Supporting lawyers on a daily basis on a variety of tasks and clients cases;
  • Contributing to knowledge management and sharing.

You will be deeply involved in teams and will work alongside experts who will coach you and provide you with valuable and constructive feedback.

Essential skills and experience:

Experience:

  • You are currently preparing for a Master's degree, LL.M degree in an English speaking country, a specialized Master's degree or a business management degree (HEC, ESCP, IEP, ESSEC, etc.);
  • Preliminary experience gained through internships within a law firm is a strong advantage.

Skills:

  • Fluency in English and French is a must, German and/or Luxembourgish would be an asset;
  • An adaptable person who is eager to learn;
  • A team-player who can work effectively with colleagues at all levels;
  • Excellent legal analysis;
  • Proactive commercial approach;
  • Excellent communication skills, in particular confident to express yourself in writing.
