Job Title Senior Manager, Markets & Growth – Infrastructure & Real Estate

The Opportunity:

We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Senior Manager to join our Markets & Growth (M&G) team on a permanent basis. This role can be based in either, Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney.

Our M&G team span across EMEA, Asia Pacific and the US and more broadly forms part of our global Clients Markets & Growth function. M&G play an integral role in executing the firm's strategy and are responsible for driving profitable growth with a specific focus on our chosen industries, markets and clients.

This role has a particular focus on the Australia Infrastructure & Real Estate industry. As the Senior Manager you'll be responsible for leading the Infrastructure and Real Estate industry approach across APAC and you will work closely with Industry Chairs and regional Practice Heads to develop, define and execute the strategy across the region.

The four core areas of focus for this role are;

  • Strategic Planning & Execution
  • Opportunity Identification & Management
  • Client Development & Management
  • Industry Management

About you:

The successful candidate will have;

  • Previous experience in professional services / industry business development environment
  • Demonstrated leadership experience for both coaching teams and managing major projects and/or initiatives
  • Proven track record of leading a team and cultivating a high-performance culture
  • Commercial awareness and an innovative mind-set for developing and evolving ways of working
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build trusting relationships with the partnership and business services.
  • Previous experience in a client facing capacity including client listening experience
