Job Title Senior Unified Communications Engineer

The Opportunity:

We have a great opportunity for a Senior Unified Communications Engineer to join our global team in Brisbane. The primary focus of this role will be to provide third line operational support within our infrastructure team. You will be the SME on critical components of our infrastructure and be the key contact for escalations.

The successful candidate will have the following essential skills and experience:

  • At least 5 years experience supporting an enterprise VOIP environment
  • In depth understanding of administering and trouble shooting Ringcentral, telephony and Unified communications
  • Experience working within a change management process and security controls
  • Previous experience working within a team delivering tasks using Agile methodologies, delivering to schedule and prioritising workloads
