Job Title Senior Manager, Markets & Growth – Government

The Opportunity:

We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Senior Manager to join our Markets & Growth (M&G) team on a permanent basis in either Sydney, Brisbane, or Melbourne.

Our M&G team span across EMEA, Asia Pacific and the US and more broadly forms part of our global Clients Markets & Growth (CMG) function. M&G play an integral role in executing the firm's strategy and are responsible for driving profitable growth with a specific focus on our chosen industries, markets and clients.

This is a leadership opportunity within our M&G team and is responsible for driving collaboration, industry growth and client engagement. This role will work closely with the Australia Government Industry Leader(s) and regional Practice Heads in order to develop, define and execute the strategy across the region. You will work collaboratively with other M&G Senior Managers and the broader CMG function to bring a comprehensive "whole of firm" approach to our clients.

  • Client Development & Management
  • Opportunity Identification & Management
  • Industry Management

About you:

The successful candidate will have;

  • Previous experience in professional services / industry business development environment
  • Demonstrated leadership experience for both coaching teams and managing major projects and/or initiatives
  • Proven track record of leading a team and cultivating a high-performance culture
  • Commercial awareness and an innovative mind-set for developing and evolving ways of working
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build trusting relationships with the partnership and business services.
