The Opportunity

We currently have an opportunity for a Team Assistant (Administrator) to join our Brisbane office on a full time, permanent basis.

Joining as a Team Assistant you'll be responsible for providing proactive and effective general administration assistance across a diverse range of tasks within the Brisbane office. You will work closely with Practice Executives, Lawyers & Senior Associates to assist with a broad range of administrative tasks across the Firm, offering you exposure and variety in your day to day responsibilities. Working in a team environment, alongside likeminded individuals, you are able to build your administrative and secretarial skillset.

Development within the Team Assistant role will be supported by the Team Leader and Operations Manager.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following:

  • Strong administrative experience.
  • "Can do" and proactive approach, including accepting tasks outside the general scope of duties.
  • Strong organisational skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to pickup new systems with ease including experience with Microsoft Office suite.
