Job Title EUC Team Lead

The Opportunity:

We have a 12 month fixed term contract available for an experienced EUC Team Lead to join our global IT team in Brisbane. The team is responsible for the desktop experience ensuring the desktop build meets the users needs and is kept secure, up to date and performant. You will manage a team of up to 6 technical resources including people management and development of the team as well as overseeing the deployment of new processes or systems.

Our ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • 2+ years' experience in a similar Team Lead role within a 3rd line team or a senior engineer with people management responsibilities
  • Team management skills using kanban style processes and the use of sprint based delivery for operational and project work
  • Good understanding of ITIL processes around change management with experience in selling change to stakeholders and the departments change control team
  • A broad understanding of SCCM & Intune, Application packaging, Desktop delivery methodologies and customising the user experience using tools such as group policy or Ivanti
  • Proven experience delivering technical solutions and being the named SME in core applications within the EUC space
  • Project management experience delivering BAU pipeline work and small internal projects
  • Acting as a point of contact for escalations within the team and a trusted advisor to subordinates
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service
