Job Title Operations/Office Assistant

The Opportunity:

We currently have an opportunity available within our Perth office for an Operations Assistant to join on a permanent basis.

As the Operations Assistant you will provide general office support including (but not limited to):

  • Printing, scanning, photocopying, collating and binding;
  • Archiving and records management;
  • Front of house and facilities support including meeting room setup for seminars and functions (moving furniture), and AV technical support;
  • Courier & Mail services including collecting and sorting mail, and arranging outgoing local/interstate couriers;
  • Maintaining office supplies including ordering stationery, ensuring resources are in working order; and
  • Other general administration tasks including provision of support to internal clients of the firm as requested.

About You:

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate the following:

  • Strong sense of customer service with a "can do" and proactive approach
  • Demonstrated computer literacy including Microsoft Suite with the ability to pickup new systems with ease
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
