Job Title Practice Executive

The Opportunity:

We currently have an exciting permanent opportunity for a Practice Executive to join our Sydney team. In this role you will provide high level, proactive business support to Partners within our Corporate Transactions practice and work closely with our dedicated hub of Team Assistants and Team Executives who are responsible for managing all business as usual administrative tasks.

You will play a pivotal role in your designated practice team and some of your main responsibilities will include:

  • Practice and Client Management
  • Billing Management
  • Diary/Travel Management
  • Business Development/Marketing

Our ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • A high degree of initiative with good problem solving skills and a willingness to take ownership for the completion of tasks/projects whilst delivering innovative solutions to improve systems or work practices
  • Be proactive with excellent organisational skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand the commercial drivers of a legal practice, interpret data and apply client knowledge when supporting partners with practice management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and keen attention to detail and the ability to draft correspondence, presentations, pitch documents and slide packs quickly and accurately
  • Good understanding of billing procedures and working knowledge of Elite 3e or a similar billing system
