Job Title IT Workplace Delivery Team Leader

The Opportunity:

We have an exciting new role for a Workplace Delivery Team Leader to join our global IT team in Brisbane. In this role you will manage and deliver all aspects of office technology for relocation, expansion and refurbishment projects as well as other technology related delivery activity. This will cover all aspects from initial discussions through to design, business case creation to full implementation and then closure whilst ensuring systems and services are effectively transitioned with minimal disruption to business operations.

We are looking for someone with a combination of project management expertise, technical IT knowledge, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and vendors.

Our ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience coordinating technology infrastructure projects ideally in the legal or broader professional services sector with good understanding of the project delivery lifecycle for office accommodation and relocations
  • Experience leading and managing a team of infrastructure engineers
  • Technical skills working with Jira, Azure DevOps, ITSM tools such as Cherwell and ServiceNow and the MS Office suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a collaborative approach with colleagues and third parties with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
  • Exposure to working in a global environment and across multiple time-zones
