We have an opportunity for an experienced leader to join our Global Infrastructure team as IT Infrastructure Manager APAC at an exciting time of significant transformation.

Reporting to the Head of Global Infrastructure, this role will see you leading the APAC based IT Infrastructure team and working closely with the UK based team to provide seamless support and services to our user community. Your exceptional leadership and team management skills will ensure you effectively collaborate with various teams and stakeholders, driving improvements in service delivery and operational efficiency.

Key duties will include:

  • Manage the Australian based team and work closely with the IT Infrastructure Manager in the UK to provide seamless support and services across regions and time zones.
  • Ensuring the reliability, security and efficiency of IT systems and infrastructure
  • Supporting BAU maintenance activities including planning and execution of global infrastructure upgrades
  • Collaborating with senior management to develop and implement infrastructure strategies to support business objectives
  • Monitor infrastructure performance and service levels, implementing improvements as needed
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure quality and value for money

About you:

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in an infrastructure leadership role, preferably in a global firm in legal, financial or professional services
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery and leading large scale infrastructure transformations
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to lead autonomously, make decisions and influence key stakeholders
  • Experience in an agile environment
  • Flexibility, with the ability to work outside of the standard 9-5 hours for cross over with the UK working day on a regular basis
