The Opportunity

We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Executive to join our Markets & Growth team in Sydney. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Markets & Growth - Government, this key operational role will see you working closely with Australian Government Industry Leaders and Client Relationship Partners for three key Australian State Government clients.

You will be responsible for Client Development & Management, specifically supporting the Senior Manager on the strategic account management of a small portfolio of significant and high profile Government client accounts. This support can include implementing client account plans, co-ordinating client facing events and team meetings and analysing industry insights. You will work with the Senior Manager to help shape the Government industry program for the firm, helping to develop and manage relationships with key industry bodies.

About you

To ensure your success in the role, you will demonstrate:

  • Previous relevant work experience in Account Management/Business Development in a leading professional services firm
  • Prior success managing projects and initiatives
  • First class communications skills, specifically written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with peers and internal clients/senior stakeholders
  • Enthusiastic and proactive, with the ability to work tight deadlines and produce high-quality work
