The Opportunity:

We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Reward Manager to join our People & Culture team.

The Reward Manager will support and drive the execution of all functional activities and act as a key interface and promoter of the reward & benefits strategy and policy throughout APAC.

Key to success in this role is working closely with the People & Culture Business Partners and key stakeholders across the firm to implement reward policy and programmes, and further build capability.

As a member of the global Reward team, the role will contribute to the development of the global reward strategy and ensure the design and delivery of all reward initiatives are fit for purpose. This role will also undertake strategic reward projects/interventions working closely with the business and aligned to our strategy.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Experience working within professional services or a large global corporation.
  • Great analytical skills are required and the ability to work with complex data to extract and draw insights and make recommendation from it.
  • Ability to work under pressure, to sometimes tight deadlines, and with a diverse set of stakeholders, whilst working autonomously.
  • Proven commercial experience in order to define reward solutions which are in line with organisational goals.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to deliver impactful communication materials, and achieve clarity and understanding of reward with varied audiences.
  • Ability to manage global reward projects and/ or programs within desired cost, time and quality parameters.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and skills to work independently while providing guidance and training to others.
  • Reward expertise to design, develop and approve reward policies and procedures, while making sure they match organizational strategies and objectives.
  • Comprehensive understanding and effective use of standard software packages (Microsoft Excel Intermediate to Advanced level) and systems, while also providing guidance and training to others.
  • Established expert on interpreting and applying knowledge of laws, regulations and policies in area of reward expertise.
