About You:

  • You are an experienced consultant with demonstrated capability and expertise in advising clients on data-driven risk solutions.
  • You have 3-4 years' experience, either in a data and analytics role or as a risk professional in a major organisation, or a client facing role within a well-respected consulting firm.
  • You're excited about using your data expertise to solve a diverse range of client problems with new, unique and inventive solutions, and assist in the growth of a unique and 'first to market' practice.
  • You have proven experience bringing high quality value to clients through developing data strategies, embedding data governance frameworks, driving insights through analytics and reporting, or creating AI/ML-backed solutions. You're also comfortable clearly communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • You're passionate about collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team and have experience managing multiple projects, including experience with proposals, pre-engagement activities, producing high quality deliverables, conducting stakeholder workshops, issuing final reports and billing.
  • You approach challenging problems with both confidence and humility to put forward your ideas but also empathise with alternate viewpoints.
  • It's desirable if you're experienced and comfortable with the common tools in this space. We use a combination of Alteryx, SQL Server, PowerBI, Tableau and Python but no worries if you're not an expert in these; experience with other common analytics tools is also fine.
