The Opportunity:

We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a People & Culture (P&C) Business Partner to join our Perth office on a 12 month fixed term contract basis.

Our P&C function focus on advancing the firm through purpose driven transformation strategies to attract, retain and enable market leading talent, assisting individuals and the firm to reach their full potential.

As a P&C Business Partner within our Perth office, you'll partner with the Office Managing Partner, local partners, and business services leaders. You will provide advice, coaching and support across a broad range of P&C matters spanning the employee lifecycle. This is a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience for our Perth teams and will be key in driving P&C initiatives. You will also have the opportunity to provide 'hands-on' support when it comes to Early Careers, to ensure the successful implementation of initiatives align to the agenda.

About you:

  • Broad generalist Human Resources exposure, ideally with experience in the legal/professional services industries
  • Experience and skills in an HR business partner capacity, with a strong knowledge of contemporary people practices
  • Ability to build and maintain working relationships across the firm, with confidence in dealing with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong consultative based communication skills, with a proven ability to influence and shape positive people and business outcomes
  • Approachable style with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
