About You:

• You are a senior IT specialist
• You have experience with contract reviews requiring substantive negotiations
• You have experience with SaaS, infrastructure agreements and cloud based work
• You may be a strong generalist who is familiar with IT contracts
• You may have industry experience (preferred, but not essential)
• You have the ability to be a doer and are confident being on the tools
• You have the ability to hit the ground running and work closely with a fast paced team
• You have a minimum of 10 years' experience
• You have the ability to understand and adapt to the needs of the business
• You have a current practising certificate
• You have the right to live and work in Australia
