Job Title Senior Manager, Markets & Growth – Private Capital

The Opportunity:

We have an exciting opportunity available for a Senior Manager to join our Clients Markets & Growth (CMG) team. This role can be based out of either Sydney, or Melbourne and is a 14 month fixed term contract opportunity to commence in February 2025.

This role will work closely with the Australia Private Capital Industry Chair to develop, define and execute the strategy across the region. As a Senior Manager, you'll form part of the Markets & Growth regional leadership team, you will be responsible for driving collaboration, industry growth and client engagement while working in collaboration with other Markets & Growth Senior Managers and the broader CMG function to bring a comprehensive "whole of firm" approach to our clients.

About you:

The successful candidate will have;

  • Previous experience in professional services / industry business development environment
  • Proven track record of leading a team and cultivating a high-performance culture
  • Commercial awareness and an innovative mind-set for developing and evolving ways of working
  • Previous experience in a client facing capacity including client listening experience
