The Opportunity:

  • 13 months
  • Full time (3 days in office (Macquarie Park))
  • Sydney

About You:

  • You are an experienced employment lawyer
  • You have experience in general workplace law and industrial advice
  • You have the ability to support development of policies as required
  • You have the ability to support the negotiation of new EA, non-material employment litigation, interpretation of EA, application of EA and implementation of EA
  • You have the ability to provide support to the ER case management team with general employee disputes, terminations, transfer of business, deeds, enforcing misuse or confidential information, departing employees and fraud related issues
  • You have the ability to run your own matters independently
  • You have the ability to be a doer and are confident being on the tools
  • You have the ability to hit the ground running and work closely with a fast paced team
  • You have a minimum of 8 years' experience
  • You have the ability to understand and adapt to the needs of the business
  • You have a current practising certificate
  • You have the right to live and work in Australia
