About the role:

Join our award-winning team as an experienced and motivated Digital Solution Lead. This newly created role is pivotal in driving innovation within our technology-enabled legal solutions. As part of Ashurst Advance, our cutting-edge NewLaw division, you will have the autonomy to shape and lead the development of digital solutions that address complex legal, data, and technology challenges. Be part of a team that is truly innovating in the technology-enabled legal solutions space. You will be at the cutting edge of legal services, driving impactful changes as the industry evolves with increasing technological influence.

In this role you will lead a newly formed team of solution engineers, driving continuous innovation in digital legal solutions. You will act as the central hub between the business, solution engineers, clients, legal experts, and digital and data specialists. You will work in a collaborative environment with a diverse group of professionals, including legal experts, digital specialists, and data analysts, where your expertise and insights are valued. Together you will work to redefine the future of legal services through technology and innovation.

About you:

  • You have 6+ years of experience in building solutions or leading solution development teams.
  • Deep understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages and have a background in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related industry certification
  • Experience working with IT technical staff to determine the infrastructure components within which any potential solution or modification would need to be able to operate.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in multiple programming languages, frameworks, and tools relevant to the project. Deep understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Proven leadership abilities to guide and mentor development teams. Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving projects to successful completion.
