About the role:

Ashurst Advance is rapidly growing and transforming, and is looking to hire an Executive Manager to support the Division Head in the execution of their responsibilities as leader of the Division, Executive Team member and Client Relationship Leader.

This role will focus on enabling the Division Head to optimise their time spent with leadership team members and other senior stakeholders to drive the strategy and enhance divisional and firm performance.

It is a diverse and fast paced role which would suit someone with strong organisational and communication skills and a background in executive management and support.

About you:

  • Experience in and commitment to a career in an executive management and support role.
  • Commercial awareness and interest in strategic, operational and financial management.
  • Experience in a professional services working environment with a good understanding of the global legal industry.
  • Comfortable working across time zones and managing your time efficiently.
  • Strong communication and professional writing skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Credible in dealing with senior management, other co-heads, function heads and partners.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills with an ability to juggle conflicting priorities.
  • High integrity (given need for discretion, confidentiality and sensitivity of subject matter).
  • Strong skills in MS office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
