Our team has an immediate opening for a qualified attorney for its world-class infrastructure/projects practice in the Los Angeles or Austin offices. Ashurst combines the benefits of a leading infrastructure/projects practice with a supportive and collegiate environment.

• You will interact directly with clients and act with integrity to provide incisive advice to clients, with the support of your colleagues.
• You will have the opportunity to lead the drafting of complex and innovative transaction documentation and negotiate terms on behalf of clients.
• You will take responsibility for day to day matters on complex transactions.
• You will supervise and mentor junior attorneys on the team.
• You will demonstrate excellence in communicating with clients in order to understand their needs and how best to meet them.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Ideally a senior associate but open to strong candidates at all levels.
• Preference for candidates with CA or TX admission.
• Potentially open to international candidates who are willing to sit the relevant state bar.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail with well-developed analytical skills.

Where required by law, salary ranges are stated below. Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus, overtime as applicable, health/welfare benefits, retirement contributions, paid holidays, and PTO. The range displayed is specifically for positions performed in those cities/states and may vary based on factors including but not limited to the following: local market data and ranges; an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience; and certain degrees, licensing, and certifications.

Los Angeles: $225,000-$420,000

Austin: $225,000-$420,000
