The Opportunity:

Ashurst has extensive experience advising leading institutions and others on a broad spectrum of derivatives and structured product transactions including equity derivatives, credit derivatives, commodity derivatives, interest rate and FX derivatives, structured products (including retail structured products), repos and securities lending. With a truly international team, we offer derivatives experts in key financial centres in Europe, the United States, Asia and Australia.

Our team has an immediate opening for a New York qualified attorney (4-5 years' experience) in our Global Markets team in our New York Office.

About You:

  • Comprises At least 4-5 years' derivatives or debt capital markets experience gained within private practice or in-house
  • All candidates must be admitted to the New York Bar
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail with well-developed analytical skills
  • A proactive, positive and energetic approach with a committment to providing excellent client service, and a desire to build client relationships
