Role overview:

Our Corporate practice is recognised by its clients to be one of the most innovative and solution orientated legal practices today.

You will work closely with Corporate lawyers on a wide range of exciting and market leading transactions. The role is inclusive of but not limited to:

  • Drafting of legal documentation;
  • Assisting on a broad range of Corporate transactions and liaising with clients (both business and legal teams);
  • Translating legal documents;
  • Assisting with knowhow and project work;
  • Performing legal research;
  • Organising, analysing, cross-checking and validating information;
  • Preparing written reports;
  • Reviewing and monitoring new and updated laws and regulations;

Essential skills and experience:

Experience

  • You hold a Master's degree in Law or Economics;
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position or working as legal assistant in a law firm.

Skills

  • Fluency in English and French is a must. German would be an asset;
  • A team-player who can work effectively with colleagues at all levels;
  • Excellent organisational skills;
  • Positive and willing-to-learn attitude to work, happy to assist and be involved in a variety of transactions when additional support is required;
  • Attention to detail and thoroughness are essential;
  • Good client relationship skills;
  • Ability to manage own workload.
