Job Title Marketing Manager (Executive Programs)

The Opportunity:

We have an opportunity for an experienced Executive Programs Manager to join our Brand, Marketing and Communications team, based in Sydney on a full time, 12 month Fixed Term Contract basis.

This role is responsible for driving and managing strategic marketing and relationship building programs globally, targeting Executive audiences.

Some of your day to day responsibilities in this role will include:

  • Executing the 2024 Executive Program Strategy and implementing annual relationship building programs and campaigns tailored to our target audiences globally;
  • Collaboration with the Brand, Marketing & Communications team to resource and implement the planned initiatives which may include (for example) strategic events, content creation, thought leadership, surveys, networking forums, social and digital, media, and graphic design;
  • Considering how we can achieve the objective of creating advocates for Ashurst amongst the most influential Executives and the next generation of business leaders in the key jurisdictions in which Ashurst has a presence;
  • Encouraging CRPs and partners to leverage the programs with their key contacts as part of their relationship building strategies;
  • Creating and coordinating content on Ashurst.com and social media that is relevant to these audiences;
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of the communities which form part of this program, and leveraging this knowledge for the benefit of the firm.

About You:

This role would suit someone with the following skills and experience:

  • Experience in similar roles (including integrated marketing campaign management) in either professional services, financial services, accounting or consulting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise work to meet competing deadlines
  • Excellent stakeholder management and experience working with all levels of seniority
  • Comfortable working with teams in different geographic locations and time zones.
