Description
We are looking for a lawyer with a solid training gained in
prestigious Law Firms or media companies to strengthen the Technology,
Intellectual Property and Communications team.
The ideal applicant will have the following qualifications:
Law degree (Spanish qualified lawyer)
Minimum average grade of 7.5 in the Law degree
IP/Tech LLM and/or Business Administration a plus
Experience in copyright, film and tv financing and regulatory work
advising media service providers and video sharing platforms (1-2
years of relevant experience)
Outgoing personality
Ability to work well as a part of a team
Be able to take responsibility for essential elements of a transaction
Strong technical and commercial abilities
Highly effective communicator (both orally and in writing)
Committed to providing an excellent service to our clients
International experience a plus

Job Details
Experience in drafting and negotiating contracts for the
financing, production and distribution of audiovisual works
Knowledge and experience in the tax and corporate areas will be valued
Experience and knowledge in the interpretation and application of
the AVMS and copyright legal frameworks
Experience in the application and interpretation of the
regulations to promote the production, co-production and
distribution of audiovisual works
Experience and knowledge of collective rights management
organizations and the applicable legal framework to media service
providers and video sharing platforms
Litigation experience will be valued
