Description
We're looking for an experienced Legal PA to join the Housing
Management team in our Leeds office.
In this role you'll be responsible for a variety of administrative
activities which will help to provide excellent support to our Housing
lawyers and clients.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
Manage all incoming and outgoing communications including email,
phone and post
Schedule travel
Plan events
Support with ad hoc administrative tasks
Experience
An experienced PA, ideally within Legal but not essential
Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized
Flexible to work in the office as and when required
Excellent communication skills and teamwork
