Join a team of experts and progressive thinkers
This is an exciting opportunity for Law graduate to join a leading
law firm. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our
lawyers in our Commercial Property team. This role is based in pur
Bristol office, with hybrid working available.
Main responsibilities:
Be involved in all aspects of the day to day activities for our
lawyers in the Commercial Property team
Play a key role in the care of our clients
Diary management
Take internal and external telephone queries
Monitor incoming post and emails
Arrange meetings, book conference rooms, organise refreshments and
liaise with internal and external attendees
Assist with the billing and credit control process
Organise travel arrangements including booking transport, hotels etc.
Arrange and carry out administrative support such as photocopying,
printing, sending letters, organising couriers and data entry
Arrange general and electronical filing and record keeping
Support marketing activities such as pitch and presentation preparation
Liaise with Business Development and Marketing colleagues on
arrangements for events and producing marketing material
Please note that this role does not involve dictation/typing
What we are looking for from you
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant is not essential
Law graduate
A working knowledge of Word, Outlook and Excel
An organised individual who is able to work to deadlines and
prioritise own workload effectively
Enthusiastic, pro-active and flexible
Willing to contribute and support others as part of a team
Confident verbal and written communication skills
Work with approachable people
