previously certified milestones;
an ongoing issue for a local authority with significant
delays and cost overruns to conversion, including a projected
overspend of 48% over the contract price of £5.5 million;
Instruction by a global engineering company in respect of
a dispute over variations to an MF1 contract.
Recent appointment to Balfour Beatty plc’s UK Legal
Panel, a global infrastructure investor operating in both the UK and
North America.
