Rise to the challenge
As our construction team continues to grow

The national construction team currently
has 5 partners, and has ambitious plans for future growth at all

and PFI/projects disputes (PFI experience is desirable but not
essential for the role).
The successful candidate will have the ability to manage their own
time efficiently, possess excellent drafting and legal analysis skills
and have an ability to liaise effectively with clients. Most
importantly we are looking for ambitious lawyers who want to take on
challenging work in the development of their careers, and we are happy to consider candidates who
are looking to work flexibly. The partners have ambitious
plans for growth and so career prospects are excellent for the right candidates.
Learn from the best
For this Associate role we are looking for
4 years + PQE (full or part time). You will be a member of a
nationally recognised award winning construction team led Louise
Robling and Judith Hopper, both partners who specialises in
contentious construction and project disputes. This team recently
won a Legal 500 award, as the best Local Government Team outside
London, and is ranked separately as a No.1 Local Government and Construction practices by Chambers
& Partners and Legal 500. Louise is recognised as a Leading
Individual in Legal 500 and a Band 2 ranked individual in Chambers
& Partners. Judith joined from DLA Piper in September 2018,
where she worked on the leading Court of Appeal case of Birmingham
City Council v Amey Birmingham Highways Limited. In Birmingham the
team were recognised for their skills and expertise winning Property
Law Firm of the Year at the prestigious Insider Midlands awards.

Making a local difference
We are a socially responsible business

community engagement and championing diversity & equality.
You will be part of a team that values the
voluntary contributions made by lawyers in giving free legal help to
people in need, with a range of opportunities available across all
of our offices.
Together we can make incredible things
