determinations, Court proceedings and arbitrations as well as

significant reputation for our contract review and re-negotiation
services in the context of large, long-term public/private contracts.
Rise to the challenge
As our team continues to grow we are looking to recruit a new
Solicitor based in any of our offices, to be part of the team working
mainly on non-contentious construction work. We are, however,
interested to hear from candidates who have experience of and/or an
interest in undertaking a balanced role with contentious construction.
The successful candidate will have the ability to manage their own
time efficiently, possess excellent drafting and legal analysis skills
and have an ability to liaise effectively with clients. Most
importantly we are looking for ambitious lawyers who want to take on
challenging work in the development of their careers, and we are happy

Andrew Tobin and Jonathan Turner, both of whom specialise in
