The Bright Sparks Work Experience programme is designed for students in Years 10 - 12 only.

As a participant in our Bright Sparks programme you will get an insight into the world of work and develop key business skills. During the week-long programme, you will take part in a series of workshops and spend time in a variety of departments, which may include:

Finance (including Accounts)
People Team (including HR, Recruitment, Corporate Responsibility, Learning & Development)
IT
Knowledge & Information Services (including Library)
Legal departments (including learning about Apprenticeships)
Marketing
Operations i.e Business Facilities

The aim is to give you the chance to experience the world of work and help confirm your career choice or open your eyes to other options, which you may not have considered. Having work experience on your CV will be an advantage when you come to apply for jobs or higher education courses.
