We have a great opportunity for an HR Business Partnerto join our Bristol office on a fixed term contract for eighteen months to cover maternity leave. The role will enable you to join our award winning People team and make a real impact to the firm and our people. As the main point of contact within the people team for a number of designated legal and business services teams, you will work alongside Heads of Departments and others supporting them in the delivery of our strategy.

You will advise our people on all aspects of personal development, wellbeing, performance management, reward and recognition as well as working on a range of exciting people related projects, ensuring we continue to be a great place to work.

You will have strong communication skills, good commercial acumen and be able to work collaboratively with people across the organisation. You will have at least 3 years' experience as a Business Partner and be CIPD qualified (or equivalent) with the determination necessary to work successfully in a fast-paced environment contributing to the delivery of our ambitious strategy.

Previous experience within a professional services environment is preferable, although not essential.
