We are now recruiting for three Resourcing Business Partners to join our team.

Rest assured, our people are not running for the hills. Quite the opposite. We are thoroughly enjoying a period of significant growth off the back of the firm's five year strategy which ultimately is all about one thing: Super Charged Growth.

A law firm can't grow without people. There is no denying that the market is challenging - there isn't a day we don't hear someone uttering the words "war for talent" or "skills shortage". We work hard to make sure these (shudder inducing) phrases don't impact the firm's strategic direction. After all, recruitment and resourcing is all about find the best talent for the business to grow.

So we find ourselves in the genuinely unique and exciting position to be offering three completely new roles. All at Business Partner level, but each with its own unique twist:

Resourcing Business Partner - Legal

If you are someone who is looking to focus on lawyer recruitment, partner with the business, seek out talent and work with candidates to ensure Burges Salmon is the right career move for them our Legal Resourcing Business Partner could be your next move.

Resourcing Business Partner - Executive Search

Perhaps you are looking to develop a niche, working with our most senior level legal candidates (Directors and Partners). This newly created Resourcing Business Partner role incorporates all aspects of executive recruitment - from headhunting, market mapping and process management.

Resourcing Business Partner - Flex

Something a little different, we are looking for a Business Partner to enhance and run our interim, contract and locum lawyer service - Burges Salmon Flex. The ground work has been done and now we are looking for someone to move the offering to the next level.

We are genuinely open to speaking to Recruitment and Resourcing professionals from a wide range of backgrounds. You may currently be an agency recruiter who is looking to move in house (plenty of us have done that) or perhaps you have always had an interest in the legal sector but never quite seen the right role - well now there are three!

You do not need legal experience - it's probably the first question we get asked.
