Description

We are currently recruiting for Team Administrators to join us on a permanent basis in the Corporate department of our Bristol office.

If you have previous experience working as an administrator and are looking to further your career we can offer you top class training, genuine career progression and a competitive salary.

The successful candidates will be an integral part of the department and will support lawyers on a wide range of tasks including:

  • printing, photocopying and scanning
  • filing (both electronic and hard copy)
  • archiving and deeds management
  • financial reporting
  • preparing payment slips, invoices, credit notes
  • opening and closing files

  • Organisational skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise workload

The work we do is demanding, but exciting and you will be involved in high profile deals that regularly make the headlines. Working alongside lawyers who are leaders in their field will require excellent communication skills, team playing and the ability to establish and maintain good working relationships.

We offer every new starter a thorough induction and excellent training on our in house legal systems (including Filesite and Aderant). Knowledge of these specific systems is not essential but we do require a good working knowledge of MS Office applications.
