Description

We are currently recruiting for a Data Analyst to join our Operations team in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference to our processes and procedures.

As our Data Analyst you will be responsible for monitoring and developing the Operations team performance with a view to reducing cost and improving performance. Your role will be to analyse and present various data information to enable strategic decisions to be made.

Keys projects this role has delivered successfully include: production of business travel behaviour model, supplier performance model and our catering client satisfaction survey.

Establishing and maintaining excellent working relationships is essential to this role with the ability to influence and drive change across the business. You will work and collaborate with the whole Operations team from ensuring our switchboard KPI's are fit for purpose to reviewing data from new suppliers.

To be successful as our Data Analyst, you will need to demonstrate the following:
