The role
Our practice continues to grow from strength to
strength and we are now seeking a Corporate Solicitor with at least
4 years PQE to join our team. The role is available on either a part
time or full time basis with the opportunity to work remotely if preferred.
Our market leading Primary Healthcare team provides our
clients with both strategic and practical legal advice and other
support on a wide range of issues including:
practice mergers, acquisitions and incorporations;
real estate;
partnership agreements and declarations of trust;
partnership disputes;
commercial contracts and regulatory issues; and
HR Advisory and employment.
We act for both private and NHS primary care providers
and our in-depth sector knowledge combined with our commercial
approach helps our clients stay "one step ahead".
The role will involve undertaking a range of corporate
and contractual based advisory and transactional work for our
primary healthcare clients with a particular focus on mergers and
acquisitions of GP practices, the sale and purchase of dental
practices, restructuring, joint ventures and incorporations.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a driven and
dynamic market leading firm and the successful candidates is likely
to have:
a Corporate legal background;
experience of working within the healthcare sector
although this is by no means essential;
a commitment to delivering exceptional client service; and
the ability to work effectively both on their own and as
part of a wider team.
