THE ROLE
The firm's national Housing Management team carries out a full range
of work for its housing association, local authority and co-operative
clients from across the voluntary, public and private sectors.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Housing Management Solicitor to
join our team.
The successful candidate will be someone who can work closely with
clients, provide first class practical advice and who is technically
proficient in housing management work. Prior experience in running a
high quality litigation caseload, anti-social behaviour, residential
possession claims, civil injunctions and housing disrepair will be
highly regarded.
The role will involve responsibility for your own caseload, with some
support available from Paralegals as well as working closely with the
Partners and other Lawyers. For those of you who have an interest in
growing business from existing clients as well as targeting and
attracting new clients there could also be an opportunity to develop this.
We don't believe in standing still so all our teams are encouraged to
get out there, raise their profile and network in order to help grow
the department and promote their career prospects.
