Description

Capula have an exciting opportunity within our Trading Business Management team. We are looking to hire a Business Analyst to join our team in London.

  • Build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Research, scope and test product features and business workflows across several areas including Trading, Risk, Market Data, Operations, Product Control and Compliance
  • Manage prioritisation of resource across strategic initiatives, business driven projects and tactical enhancements
  • Ensure high quality of delivery through user acceptance testing and sign off process

Education and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Preferred)
  • Business Analysis / Project Management qualification e.g. PMP, Prince2 (Desirable)
  • Financial Industry qualification e.g. IMC, CFA (Desirable)

Experience

  • 5+ years of relevant experience within top tier investment bank, buy side asset manager or financial technology provider
  • Familiarity of Fixed Income / Equity trade flow and related market data infrastructure
  • Experience working within or alongside technology development teams to achieve business deliverables

Skills

  • 5+ years of relevant experience within top tier investment bank, buy side asset manager or financial technology provider
