Capula have an exciting opportunity within our Trading Business
Management team. We are looking to hire a Business Analyst to join our
team in London.
Build relationships with key stakeholders
Research, scope and test product features and business workflows
across several areas including Trading, Risk, Market Data,
Operations, Product Control and Compliance
Manage prioritisation of resource across strategic initiatives,
business driven projects and tactical enhancements
Ensure high quality of delivery through user acceptance testing
and sign off process
Education and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Preferred)
Business Analysis / Project
Management qualification e.g. PMP, Prince2 (Desirable)
Financial Industry qualification
e.g. IMC, CFA (Desirable)
Experience
5+ years of relevant experience within top tier investment bank,
buy side asset manager or financial technology provider
Familiarity of Fixed Income / Equity trade flow and related market
data infrastructure
Experience working within or alongside technology development
teams to achieve business deliverables
Skills
