Coordinator, you will support the North America L&D team create
and deliver meaningful learning solutions that develop the firm's talent.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Coordinate and execute all aspects of program logistics including
scheduling, technology set up, gathering and translating materials,
marketing, and tracking attendance and evaluations.
Serve as a liaison with HR Business Partners on talent program
candidates and business needs. Communicate project timelines and milestones.
Serve as a primary point of contact for external vendors and
partners. Work with procurement to finalize contracts.
Analyze business needs and provide recommendations for process
improvement and program enhancements.
Run and monitor internal programs virtually as a producer (via
Zoom, Teams, and other similar platforms) and/or in-person as needed.
Maintain electronic resource library of all recorded PDP and CLE
programs on firm's Learning Management System, My Development.
Own learning management system administration which includes
creating classes, updating rosters, pulling data, and uploading recordings.
Work with L&D Specialist to ensure CLE records are kept up to
date in CE Manager/Micron, the Firm's MCLE tracking system, and CLE
certificates are issued for programs.
Manage budget and financial reporting, including assisting with
annual budget creation and forecasting expenses.
Respond to attorney and staff questions regarding L&D and CLE inquires.
Support the team on other ad hoc learning & development
initiatives or programs.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
3-4 years' professional working experience in a law firm setting preferred.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational, teamwork and
communication skills.
Ability to take initiative and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Superb customer service skills and the ability to interact in a
professional manner with attorneys, staff members, and clients at
all levels.
Strong skills in Microsoft Outlook and Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Previous learning management system or Micron experience a plus.
