Clyde & Co seeks an enthusiastic trial attorney at
the Senior Associate/ Counsel level to join our LA office. The team
focus on complex commercial disputes and have litigated matters in
both US state and federal courts.
The team work on some of the most prominent sexual
misconduct, employment, and personal injury cases in California.
The team also have substantial experience defending class action
lawsuits in both state and federal courts, including matters
involving claims asserted under California's Unfair Competition Law,
Consumer Legal Remedies Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair
Housing Act, and habitability laws. The team are known for their
in-depth investigations, early case evaluation and negotiation, and
ability to successfully litigate those issues that remain.
The team litigate on matters involving personal injury,
employment, and wrongful death. In addition they have
successfully worked on cases involving high-value disputes relating
to property damage, premises liability, and product liability exposure.

Responsibilities
Prepare pleadings, briefs and other litigation documents
Prepare in-depth investigations, capable of effective
case evaluation and negotiation
Prepare correspondence to colleagues and clients
Conduct legal research
Work on all aspects of pretrial to trial
Attend depositions, hearings, and mediations as required
Education and Experience Required
Admitted to practice in California
7+ years of relevant experience
Solid work history
Trial Experience

The salary range for this position is $185,000 -
$220,000. The range for this role takes into account the wide range
of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions
including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training;
licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational
needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the
applicable geographic differential associated with the location at
which the position may be filled. It is not typical for an
individual to be hired near the top of the range for their role and
compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances
of each case.
